How to make a good habit stick

We have all done it- promised ourselves on December 31st that we will change something. Then … reality hits and by the end of the very first week of a fresh new year, we ditch the New Year’s Resolution. The guilt kicks in and we hide that new fresh habit in the back of our heads and leave it there.

Starting a new healthy habit can seem impossible. We come up with reasons why we won’t do it, why it won’t work, and why we can never get it right.
